Designed for mid-sized families and friend groups, this large condo features 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, along with 2 full bathrooms. The thoughtful layout includes two main-floor bedrooms and a versatile loft area, providing plenty of space for up to 6 guests to unwind in comfort.

While the interior is designed for cozy movie or family game nights by the indoor gas fireplace, the outdoor experience is equally impressive. Guests can enjoy their beverage of choice on the deck while taking in a serene waterfront view. As part of the Abbey Springs community, you can live lavishly with access to an array of high-end facilities:

To enhance your stay, a golf cart is included with your rental from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note that operators must be licensed drivers over the age of 18.

Practical Information and Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: On-site parking available for a maximum of two vehicles
• Pets: Not allowed
• Guest Passes: Daily passes for amenities are required and are already included in the total reservation cost. Passes are non-transferable; exchanges must be made at the guard house.
• Occupancy: The HOA will not grant extra day passes for guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the rental.
• Booking Requirements: Names of all guests are required. After confirmation, an electronic rental agreement must be signed to finalize the booking and receive check-in instructions.
• Fees: Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur a $100 fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $75 each, based on availability.
• Stays longer than 90 days require prior inquiry.
• Startup supplies (toiletries) are provided for the first 2-3 days; guests are responsible for additional supplies for longer stays.
