About Property

Forget your worries and discover a spacious and serene escape in Arvada, Colorado. This amazing private guest suite offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can truly unwind and relax.

Designed as a studio-style retreat, the suite is configured with 1 bedroom featuring 1 king-sized Sleep Number bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The living space is thoughtfully appointed with a smart TV and a convenient kitchenette. You will find ample storage in the walk-in closet, while the large luxury bathroom serves as a personal spa with its oversized shower and jetted bathtub.

While the suite is your own private basement sanctuary, you are welcome to enjoy several shared home features. These include a washer/dryer for your convenience, as well as outdoor amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit, and a dedicated outdoor dining area.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property uniquely backs up to a wildlife refuge, providing a secluded feeling that makes you feel far away from the city. While a car is definitely recommended for exploring the area, there are a few restaurants and a gas station within walking or biking distance.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please be aware that steep stairs are required to access the unit; guests should exercise caution, particularly during rain or snow. As the hosts live upstairs, some footsteps may be audible, and the hosts manage the temperature, though they are happy to adjust it for your comfort upon request.

Important house rules to ensure a pleasant stay: this is a 100% smoke-free home (including vaping and marijuana), and no pets are allowed; violations of these policies result in a $500 fee. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please note that the home has three resident cats; because vents are shared and cats enjoy the backyard, those with allergies should be mindful. Late checkout fees apply if staying past the authorized time. Early check-in or late checkout is available by request and may incur fees.

Experience a secluded spot where luxury meets tranquility, perfect for those seeking a quiet getaway in a beautiful setting.
