Please read carefully. We thank you for complying with the following rules, as they exist for your stay to go well, with respect for everyone!

General rules:

• Check-in is from 4pm but is flexible. If you wish to enter earlier, please let us know and we will do our best!
• If you notice any abnormality in the apartment when you enter, please let us know immediately. Before your entrance the apartment was supervised, but we may have missed something. If this has happened, we are sorry, but we are always willing to correct and help during your stay.
• Please respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am.
• Respect the common areas of the building, leaving them as you found them.
• We recommend that you place the garbage in the public container on the street daily ensuring that it does not leave unpleasant smells after departure and the appearance of ants, which is normal in the city.
• Practice good environmental rules: save electricity and water; turn off lights whenever possible; avoid waste. We only have one planet and its future depends on everyone!
• All special requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Each double bed has a capacity of 2 people registered in the reservation and single, 1 person. The sofa bed will only be prepared with clothing if the reservation is made for guests extra of the capacity of the beds. Extra laundry orders have an extra charge of €30 for the entire stay and must be made 24 hours in advance (e.g. if 2 guests want to sleep separately). No overnight stays of previously unidentified guests
• Breakfast in the apartment is possible and has a surcharge
• Transfer to or from the Airport has a surcharge of €30 (up to 4 people) or €50 (up to 8 people).
• In order to provide the best service, we request that communications can be made through the platform where the reservation was made, or by e-mail. This way, we were able to guarantee the quality of the service in the fastest and most efficient way. Our telephone contacts remain available between 9:15 -24:00h. Thank you for your understanding
• You can leave your luggage in our office before and after the stay, next to the Aliados metro station, from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, with prior information.
• The use of the WiFi internet is unlimited.
• Please be advised that the black gate of the building is closed between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. and that you will need the keys to open it. If your check-in or check-out takes place within these hours, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Rules of entry:

• All check-ins will be carried out autonomously, through a code shared by our team the day before the entrance, or on the day of entry as soon as the apartment is ready, if the apartment is occupied the night before.
• Before your check-in, you need to fill out the guest bulletin with the details of all guests registered in the reservation. This is an obligation of Portuguese law, regardless of nationality.
• Check-in starts from 4pm until 00:00. The check-in time is flexible and if it is possible to enter the apartment sooner, we will let you know. Please contact us in advance informing the time of arrival and we will do our best to fulfill your order.
• Loss of keys, keys forgotten in the apartment in the middle of the stay, or keys left in the door lock that involve extra travel will imply the payment of the respective costs

Exit Rules:

• Check-out must be done anytime by 11am.
• Check-outs after 11am are always subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Failure to comply with the check-out time implies the payment of the cost with travel and lost time of the cleaning team, the extra night payment and the cost of mobilizing the next guest to another available accommodation, if your stay is affected.
• Before leaving please place all the items provided during your stay and the keys on the main table inside the apartment. Before leaving and closing the door of your apartment, make sure the door of the building is not locked, as if it is, you may risk getting stuck between doors. Please leave all electric appliances turned off, make sure water taps are not running and close all doors and windows before check-out and empty the trash, there is always a garbage dump on the street nearby.

Cleanliness and amenities:

• Towels and linens are provided for your stay according to the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. Each double bed can accommodate 2 people.
• The cleaning fee only covers cleaning at check-out. If you require extra cleaning, towels or sheets during your stay, please contact us and we will arrange an additional charge. Departures longer than 7 nights and less than 28 nights benefit from free intermediate cleaning. Contact us to schedule the best time.
• Stays equal to and over 28 nights will have free exchange of towels and bedding.
• Amenities are provided as a courtesy for your arrival. These items are offered as a welcome. Replacements or refills are not provided.
• All perishables such as salt, olive oil and pepper are available only at the guest's request.

It is forbidden:

• Put other things besides toilet paper in the toilet and water in the washbasins
• Smoking inside the apartment
• Lighting candles or any flame inside the apartment
• Have animals inside the apartment
• Have guests without prior permission.
• Disturbing other users, in any way Failure to comply with any of these rules will entail paying all costs associated with it. In case of serious and repeated disrespect to the host, other guests, neighbors or the rules, you will be asked to leave the property, with loss of the amount already paid. I hope you understand that for stays that go well, there must be rules ensuring everyone's respect.
