The layout offers two separate living spaces, both equipped with televisions for the convenience of parents and children alike.

Heart of the home is a newly renovated kitchen featuring updated appliances and a large island with seating for six. The living area is further enhanced by a 12 foot panoramic sliding door that opens to a private balcony, complete with a table and love seat—the perfect spot for a casual dinner while viewing the sunset over the Pacific.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the property is less than a mile from the train station. Guests can enjoy the benefit of the city's quiet zone, which eliminates train horns at crossings except in emergencies.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Two spaces are located behind the building; additional parking is available along Meyers (the alley) and in front of the condo on Tait. Please keep garage fronts clear.
• Fees: A $175 non-refundable cleaning deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit are required.
• House Rules: No smoking on the premises and no pets allowed due to allergies. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please ensure children do not run through the complex or on stairs for safety.
• Note: The unit does not have AC, but utilizes ocean breezes and ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining areas, with three additional fans provided. Surveillance is active on the home exterior and property perimeters for security; all interior rooms remain private.
