The layout is largely open; the kitchen separates the living area from the bedroom and bathroom, and the bathroom—the only room with a proper door—is accessible through the bedroom.

Guest access includes a private interior space and a large, sprawling fenced yard shared with the owner and other rentals. For those needing a bit more connectivity, while the unit provides WiFi from the main home, it is best suited for basic needs rather than serious remote work.

Location is one of the highlights of this stay. You will be less than a block away from the downtown Kroger grocery store, a Starbucks, and another local cafe, making errands and morning coffee runs effortless. Parking is free on the public street, though guests must carefully observe the street sweep signs on Hall Street (typically Friday and Wednesday nights) to avoid citations.
