This elegant retreat is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests. The interior is defined by its natural charm, featuring a hip living room with ample seating and a TV, carefully decorated to complement the vibe of the main estate. The open layout flows seamlessly into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for creating delicious meals. For a touch of indulgence, the en-suite bath features a classic clawfoot tub, offering one of the best treats of your stay. Guests can also enjoy a private entrance and a patio with seating for four.

While the carriage house offers a secluded sanctuary, guests enjoy full access to the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Curtis Park Club. • House Rules: No pets, no parties, and no smoking. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Restrictions: Not suitable for children or infants. The fireplace is currently out of order.
• Shared Facilities: The coffee and water station, ice machine, and common seating areas are shared with other hotel guests.
• Additional Notes: Early check-in is available for a $30 fee (subject to availability after 10 AM). There is no guest access to the mailbox; please do not have packages delivered unless you are present to receive them.
