Sleeping Arrangements This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping configurations include three King beds and one Queen bed across the bedrooms, with an additional Queen sofa bed located in the downstairs living room for extra flexibility.

Room Highlights Each room is uniquely crafted for a memorable stay. The stylish master bedroom features a King size bed with improved comfort, while the elegant second bedroom offers a Queen size bed complemented by stylish vinyl art. Guests will also love the rock-n-roll style bedroom with its own King bed, and a fourth bedroom boasting a huge King bed that provides ample space. The three clean bathrooms are fully stocked with hotel-grade towels and bright lighting, featuring two walk-in showers and one bathtub.

A grocery store is just 4 minutes away, and the area is surrounded by numerous restaurants. Local attractions include the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, Majestic View Park, and the Butterfly Pavilion, all within 20 minutes, with Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre just 30 minutes away.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed. Please note that smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden inside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $1000; however, guests are welcome to use the back patio. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and cannot be used. As this is a residential area, guests must be respectful of neighbors; excessively noisy parties will be shut down. Every Friday, a team member will access the outside shed to handle trash and replenish supplies without entering the home. Extra guest fees or charges for early check-in may apply.
