The main house, Ponderosa, is a 4-bedroom beach house featuring a contemporary kitchen and dining area with newly fitted 7m sliding doors that create a seamless connection to the outdoors. On the ground floor, two spacious bedrooms (one queen and one twin) offer direct garden access via French doors and include en-suite shower rooms. The upper level hosts a queen bedroom and a family room that sleeps four with a double and twin bed, both featuring en-suite w.c. facilities. For entertainment, these rooms include a TV, DVD player, and games console. A cosy log burner provides warmth during cooler evenings, and a dedicated workspace and utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer add convenient functionality.

Adding exceptional versatility is The Hide, a standalone designer studio. This self-contained space includes its own kitchen, lounge, dining area, and full bathroom, making it an ideal private sanctuary for couples. The Hide also features a private sauna that seats four and sliding doors with beautiful views of the surrounding wetlands and Newgale Beach.
