Discover the ultimate getaway at Princesa D203, a remodeled waterfront retreat located on the popular Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, Sonora. This second-floor unit offers a great family atmosphere with straight-on views of the resort and the breathtaking Sea of Cortez.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the condo features 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds and 55" Roku SmartTVs, while the living space includes a sofa bed and a 65" Roku SmartTV for entertainment. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom.

The interior has been thoughtfully updated, boasting a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full suite of equipment including a regular coffee maker and a k-cup maker. For dining, the space offers a table that seats six, along with four stools at the kitchen counter for quick bites. Practical additions include a full-size LG washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, and a desk with high-speed internet for those needing to handle business.

Beyond the condo, guests have full access to the lush greenery of the Princesa Resort. The grounds feature three pools (including one heated pool), two kid pools, a swim-up bar, a fire pit, and a hot tub. For active guests, there is a clubhouse with gym equipment, a ping pong table, and a bocci court. The resort also provides several charcoal BBQ areas and direct beach access with palapas and lounge chairs for a relaxing day. For convenience, Colin's Cantina Restaurant and a convenience store are located on-site.

To make your stay easier, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, board games, yoga mats, and water aerobic weights.

• Policies: No pets allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property; outside visitors are not allowed. All guests, including infants, must be registered with the resort. The primary renter must be 18 or older.
