About Property

Experience what it's like to have your own private lake house at Birch Overlook, a serene two-level cabin in Greenville, Maine. This cabin-style home is the perfect escape for anyone looking to get away from it all and immerse themselves in the beauty of nature.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features 2 bedrooms and 5 beds, providing ample space for up to 6 guests. This includes a cozy loft area containing 2 twin beds, ensuring everyone has a dedicated place to rest. The layout is completed by 1 bathroom.

Step out the back door and follow the staircase through a verdant meadow to arrive at your own private dock on the shallow waters of Prong Pond. Whether you prefer to dangle your feet in the water while the sun glints off the surface or explore the pond in the provided canoe or kayak, the waterfront access is unmatched. After a morning on the water, head back to the house to cook up some comfort food in the open, full kitchen, which includes a dining area with seating for four. For those who prefer al fresco dining, there is an additional table outside. Grill masters can also host a classic barbecue using the private gas grill.

As the sun sets, the magic continues in the backyard. Gather around the fire pit for friendly banter or a sing-a-long, peacefully surrounded by towering trees. For those needing to stay connected, the home is equipped with high-speed WiFi, and streaming services are available using guest accounts.

Location & Neighborhood Located in the heart of Maine's wilderness, Birch Overlook offers convenient access to the region's best waters. While the private dock is ideal for small fishing boats, a free public boat launch is located less than one mile away.
