This inviting retreat is designed for comfort and tranquility. The layout features one bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe to store your clothes. The home includes two bathrooms: one on the first floor equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and bidet, and a second bathroom located in the sleeping area that also features a bathtub.

Inside, you will find a living area complete with two sofas, a dining table, and a TV. For your convenience, the accommodation provides a complete kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, and espresso machine. Step outside to the balcony, which is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs—the perfect spot to enjoy a good coffee or a glass of wine in complete calm while admiring a breathtaking view.

Location and surroundings offer a blend of privacy and accessibility. While the location is very quiet and private, it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the shores of the lake and a variety of services, including restaurants, bars, and beaches. Guests also enjoy free access to the entire garden of the adjacent farmhouse. For those seeking extra relaxation, the neighboring wellness center offers a biosauna, whirlpool, and treatments every day from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (available for an additional fee, payable on site).
