This retreat offers a rare opportunity to enjoy complete relax, tucked away in a raised position that guarantees privacy and removes the noise of the town and road from your experience.

This spacious home is thoughtfully configured to host guests comfortably across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom featuring a double bed and a large wardrobe, a second bedroom on the lower level also equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, and a versatile mezzanine area with two single beds. In total, the home provides four beds to accommodate 6 guests.

Inside, you will find a living area centered around a comfortable sofa and TV, alongside a well-equipped kitchen featuring a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and electric kettle. The two bathrooms are fully equipped with shower cubicles, sinks with mirrors, WCs, and bidets.

While the house is situated in a very quiet position, it is only 4 km from the lakeside, where you will find essential services including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, and the pier. Guests can spend their time exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains or simply unwinding in the expansive garden, which is complete with an outdoor table, deckchairs, and a barbecue.
