Nido is designed for two guests, providing a comfortable layout with one bedroom featuring one double bed. The studio includes a living area complete with a sofa, dining table, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and espresso machine. For added charm, guests staying in this apartment have a reserved table and chairs on the second-floor landing to enjoy the fresh air. The bathroom is appointed with a toilet, sink, shower, and bidet.

While the apartment provides a private sanctuary, you have full access to the expansive gardens of the farmhouse. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, the on-site wellness center is available daily from 16:00 to 19:00. Guests can book a variety of treatments, including a whirlpool and a chromotherapy sauna (please note that spa treatments and sauna access are not included in the booking price and are paid separately).

Located in a reserved and quiet setting, the property is just a 10-minute drive from the shores of Lake Como, where you will find local restaurants, bars, beaches, and lidos. Access to the farmhouse is via two routes: one with a narrow point and another with a short 100-meter dirt section. Detailed arrival information will be provided based on your vehicle, and public parking is available within a two-minute walk if preferred.
