This inviting retreat features a thoughtful layout with 1 bedroom and 2 beds, accommodating up to 3 guests. The living space is designed for comfort, including a dining table, a TV, and a versatile sofa bed. The sleeping arrangements are located on a mezzanine level, where you will find a double bed and a cozy sitting area that captures views of the lake. The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and bidet.

While the property is situated in an atmosphere of silence and peace, it offers a wealth of onsite experiences. Guests have free access to the extensive farmhouse gardens. The property is home to a wellness center where you can book various treatments, a chromotherapy sauna, and a whirlpool daily from 16:00 to 19:00 (please note these spa services are not included in the booking price and are paid for directly).

Nestled on a hill above Gravedona, the farmhouse remains in a very quiet and reserved place. Despite the tranquility, you can reach the shores of the lake and essential services including restaurants, bars, lidos, and beaches in just 10 minutes by car. Please note that the farmhouse is reached via two roads: one with a very narrow point and another with a short dirt section of approximately 100 meters. Detailed arrival information is provided based on your vehicle, and public parking is available within a two-minute walk if preferred.
