This ground-floor apartment is designed for relaxation and comfort. The layout features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bed, and 0 bathrooms. The sleeping area is thoughtfully designed with direct access to a private terrace, which is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs and connects to the main garden with just a few steps.

Inside the home, you will find a living area featuring a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a TV. The kitchen is well-appointed with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and an espresso machine. For your convenience, all necessary bed linens and bathroom towels are provided upon arrival.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property is part of a larger farmhouse complex that offers a wealth of experiences. Guests have free access to the large garden and can book various treatments at the on-site wellness center daily from 16:00 to 19:00. These available services include a whirlpool, a chromotherapy biosauna, and various spa treatments (please note that wellness center services are not included in the booking price and are paid for directly).

Located on a hill above Gravedona, the farmhouse provides a reserved parking space for each apartment. This raised position ensures a magnificent view over the northern part of Lake Como. The shores of the lake, including beaches, lidos, bars, and restaurants, are all accessible within a 10-minute drive. Access to the property is via two roads; one contains a narrow point and the other a short dirt section of about 100 meters. Detailed arrival information is provided based on your vehicle, and public parking is available within a two-minute walk if preferred.
