Welcome to "KushKations Elevation," a 420-friendly 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat in Northglenn, Colorado — where laid-back vibes, serious entertainment, and Colorado hospitality come together for the ultimate group getaway.

This comfy, two-story home sleeps up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, with a flexible mix of sleeping configurations spread across two floors. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom with 2 double beds, and the queen primary suite — featuring two cozy chairs and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks. Downstairs, a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (twin-over-twin and full-over-full), a giant bean bag chair, and direct access to a full bathroom with a jetted/jacuzzi tub rounds things out alongside an additional king bedroom. Every bedroom includes a 32" TV, hangers, and laundry baskets. Three freshly renovated bathrooms serve the home, including a convenient half bath on the main level beside the laundry area.

The living and dining area sets the tone immediately — high ceilings, big picture windows, vibrant art, and a sectional couch with stylish seating including an egg chair. A massive 3-in-1 table converts from a full dining table (seats 10–12) to a full-size pool table or ping pong, while two classic arcades (Street Fighter II and Pac-Man) round out the game room energy. A 420 toke station with smoking essentials is set up for your KushKation (indoor cannabis/smoking allowed per house rules; cigarette/tobacco smoking outdoors only). The beautifully decorated kitchen is fully stocked for any house chef, with bar stool seating at the counter so guests can hang while meals come together.

The 6-seat theater room brings the cinematic experience home with reclining chairs, a 65" TV, PS5, and a popcorn machine — ideal for movie marathons, sports watch parties, or late-night gaming sessions.

Out back, a large private backyard with a multi-level patio and deck is ready for group hangs. Unwind in the 6-seater hot tub, gather around the propane fire pit for s'mores, or fire up the BBQ grill for a cookout. Note: guests will need to supply their own propane or use the Cynch app to order a tank.

Driving and rideshare make getting around effortless: Downtown Denver and RiNo are about 15 minutes away, Ball Arena and Empower Field (Broncos Stadium) around 20 minutes, Red Rocks approximately 25 minutes, and Denver International Airport about 30 minutes. RTD bus and N Line train options are also nearby for those who'd rather skip the drive.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on availability. All guests must complete ID verification via ChargeAutomation and sign a rental agreement before arrival. Guests have exclusive access to the full home and all entertainment areas; the garage is not included in guest access.
