The heart of the home features a fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances, a coffee maker, a blender, and ample cabinet space. A dining table for four provides the perfect spot for home-cooked meals and good conversation. For relaxation, the living area includes comfortable seating and a Smart TV. One of the most extraordinary features is the 180° panoramic ocean-view roof terrace, providing a front-row seat to some of the most stunning sunsets in the world, complete with an outdoor dining table for entertaining.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM via self-check-in door code
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are allowed (please be mindful of territorial street dogs in the area)
• Restrictions: No smoking or recreational drugs, no parties or events, and no food or beverages in the living room. No loud music after 10 PM.
• Important Notes: Guests must be 21+ to book. This property requires climbing stairs. Please be aware that the area may experience temporary water shortages; guests are asked to use water consciously.
• Fees: A security deposit and signed Rental Agreement are required. For stays of 15+ nights between June 1st and October 31st, there is a $56 USD weekly electricity fee.
