Designed for comfort and flexibility, the layout includes 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. One of the bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged with both a Queen sized bed and a twin bed, making it a perfect setup for those traveling with little ones.

Located in the heart of Mckenzie Towne, you will find yourself in a community known for an amazing amount of amenities. Whether you are looking to explore the local area or simply relax in a quiet setting, this location offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.

Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone and the surrounding neighbours, quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please note that parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise disturbances may result in a $250 fine and/or early checkout. Smoking and illicit drugs are not permitted indoors, though smoking is allowed outside.

Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 per pet, per stay. For those seeking extra peace of mind, an optional damage waiver is available for $32.10 per stay. Guests staying longer than 20 nights will require a mandatory professional mid-stay cleaning to ensure the home remains in excellent condition.

Additional policies include a requirement that the primary guest be 25 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for additional fees ranging from $31.50 to $63 depending on the time requested.
