The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King sized bed in the Master Bedroom and another King size bed in the first guest bedroom. The third bedroom is equipped with Queen Bunk Beds, and a cozy loft in the common space provides 2 Single beds, ensuring plenty of room for the whole group.

This home stands out in the complex thanks to its fresh renovations and convenient features. Guests can enjoy a well equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals or step across the street to find local restaurants and ski rental shops. For added convenience, a single car garage is available for guest use.

Location is everything here; with an Angel Fire Ski Resort shuttle stop located nearby, you can leave the car behind and head straight to the slopes in the morning.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late checkout is not free and may be purchased at a rate of $20 per hour, subject to availability.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome for a $120 nonrefundable pet fee; however, cats are not permitted.
• Vehicle Requirements: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November through March due to mountain conditions.
• Pricing: Automatic discounts apply for weekly (10%) and monthly (20%) stays. Posted prices are the best available rates.
• Policies: The published cancellation policy is strictly enforced without exception; trip insurance is highly recommended for additional safety.
