Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval and a $110 per stay fee. Pets must stay within the cottage courtyard, remain leashed beyond the fence, and are not permitted on furniture.
• Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests sleeping in the property; maximum of 6 people on-site at any time (including up to 2 day visitors).
• Restrictions: Strictly no smoking (violation may result in a $500 fine) and no parties or events.
• Families: A travel cot is provided (linen not included).
• Additional: Please BYO firewood for the fire pit. A Short Term Rental Agreement and pre-authority security form are required upon booking.
