The property is situated near famed white water rafting tours and zip-line courses, while the town of Cañon City is only 10 miles away. Guests enjoy full access to the grounds, offering exceptional hiking and fishing right from the front door, along with riverfront access perfect for rafting, kayaking, and any other water activities that float your boat.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, courtesy quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All reservations are subject to an additional $75 cleaning fee. Parties and events are permitted only if all Airstreams are booked for the event, and an additional event fee will apply. Please be aware that all Airstreams are mounted in place and cannot be moved.
