For additional guests, the living area includes a Queen sofa sleeper (please bring your own bedding if you intend to use this space). There are 2 full bathrooms, each conveniently located next to a bedroom.

• Restrictions: Absolutely no prom, graduation, or large parties/events permitted. The maximum occupancy is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time.
• Other: The cargo lift is not included for safety purposes. Due to the nature of island living, WIFI and TV service can occasionally be unpredictable.
