This expansive layout features 4 bedrooms and 8 beds in total, including 4 king beds equipped with modern LED headboards. For additional sleeping flexibility, the homes include 2 sofa beds and 2 air mattresses, comfortably accommodating 14 guests. The properties are supported by 3 bathrooms to ensure everyone has the space they need.

Additional rules
1. Any booking placed through this listing is a booking to rent my two side-by-side townhomes for the same selected dates and times. All House Rules apply equally to both properties.
2. By law, at least one member of your group who is at least 25 years old must have a valid ID on file with the booking platform and assume responsibility for your group's behavior throughout your stay.
3. Wi-Fi Equipment: PLEASE do not turn off, reset, unplug, touch, or tamper with the Wi-Fi equipment. If there are problems with the Wi-Fi, please let us know so we can help.
4. Liability: Guests assume all risk and responsibility for themselves and their invitees.
5. Neighborly Conduct: Please maintain a respectful noise level, adhering to quiet hours starting at 10 pm.
6. Parking: Use only the two parking spots directly in front of unit 642 for parking.
7. Check-out: 11 am. You automatically get a 30-minute grace period. After 11:30 am, a $50 late check-out fee will be charged for every 10 minutes.
8. Events & Additional Guests: Prior approval is required for parties, events, or more than 4 unregistered daytime guests beyond the number you have booked for. For extra overnight guests, obtain permission in advance, or pay an additional fee determined at our discretion.
9. By local law, no guest may stay at this property for more than 30 days within any 60-day period. (This rule does not apply to my properties in other cities, such as Athens.)
Pet Fees (if not bringing pets, no need to read):

The pet fee listed at check-out is for one dog or one cat for stays of 2 nights or less. For longer stays, the total pet fee is $10 per pet per night, with a $100 minimum. Any portion of this fee that you do not pay upon booking must be paid before you check in. (Some pets -- e.g., fish and hamsters -- do not typically incur a fee. Please ask if you are unsure.)
