Sleeping arrangements are distributed between the main house and a specialized seasonal unit. The main treehouse features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, available year-round. To accommodate larger groups, a luxury glamping tent serves as the third bedroom and bathroom, available from May 15 through October 31. In total, the property provides 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 8 guests.

The interior of the main house spans nearly 1,600 square feet of luxurious furnishings and finishes, complemented by almost 1,000 square feet of deck space. The glamping tent adds 320 square feet of "glamping not camping" luxury, featuring its own king bed, gas fireplace, and private deck with Adirondack chairs. Guest rooms are enhanced by cozy fireplaces and high-end linens.

Perched on a mountainside, the property offers stunning views of the forest for miles. It is located approximately one hour from downtown Denver and 70 minutes from downtown Boulder or Denver International Airport. Please note that the final five minutes of the drive are on a dirt road with steep switchbacks; an all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Non-refundable fee of $150 per animal; $350 refundable deposit per dog (limit 2 large or 3 small dogs).
• Smoking: Permitted ONLY in the carport; strictly prohibited inside, on the bridge, or on any decks due to forest fire risks.
• Glamping Tent Note: Due to freezing risks, the shower is inoperable and the sink uses bottled water from May 15 to the Friday before Memorial Day, and throughout October. The dry-flush toilet remains available.
• Guest Fees: Base price covers 6 guests; additional guests (up to 8) from April to October incur a fee of $50 per person per stay.
