This renovated home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, providing cozy sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, along with 1 beautiful bathroom. The interior blends mid-century charm with modern luxury; originally built in the 1950s, the property has just undergone a complete renovation to ensure a high-quality stay. Guests can gather in the living and dining room, which is anchored by a warm fireplace and a TV for cozy evenings, or prepare meals in the full kitchen equipped with modern appliances.

While the property provides a serene atmosphere, it is perfectly situated for those looking to explore the rugged beauty of Colorado. The cottage offers easy access to Highway 72 and is located close to several premier destinations, including Golden Gate State Park, Indian Peaks Wilderness, and the town of Nederland. To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the cleanliness of the renovated interiors, there is a strict no shoes policy inside the cottage. Guests are also asked to load and start the dishwasher prior to their departure. For safety and environmental reasons, rock climbing is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. Additionally, while the cottage is located right off the highway, a 4-wheel drive vehicle equipped with chains is strongly recommended during the winter months; guests are encouraged to check weather conditions before arrival.
