This modern cabin is the perfect getaway for multiple families looking to spend quality time together, whether you are visiting for world-class skiing in the winter or exhilarating mountain biking in the summer.

Designed for comfort and group gatherings, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to ensure everyone has a restful stay: the primary bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, two additional bedrooms feature Queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom offers both a King bed and a bunk bed for added versatility.

Inside, the cabin is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. A well stocked kitchen enables you to prepare your own delicious meals at home. When it is time to unwind indoors, the property is equipped with a pool table and game console to keep your families entertained during those cozy mountain evenings.

Located in the heart of the woods in Angel Fire, this property provides a serene backdrop for outdoor adventures and family bonding. The surrounding area is a playground for nature lovers, offering a variety of seasonal activities that make every visit memorable.

For your convenience and safety, please note that a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strictly required during the winter months from November through March. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Due to a narrow five-hour cleaning window and automated scheduling, early check-in or late check-out is not free and may be purchased at a rate of $20 per hour, subject to availability.

Additional house rules and policies include:

• Pets are not allowed
• Firewood is not provided by the host but is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire
• Automated discounts apply for weekly (10%) and monthly (20%) stays; posted prices are the best available rates
• The cancellation policy is strictly enforced without exception; trip insurance is highly recommended
