Escape to Our Private Retreat, an executive home nestled on a quiet street in Queenstown, Otago, just minutes from the lake edge. This modern, architecturally designed sanctuary is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind while soaking in stunning expansive lake and mountain views.

The home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The Master Bedroom serves as a peaceful haven with a King Bed and a beautiful ensuite featuring a shower, a large bathtub, and breathtaking views. Downstairs, you will find the second bedroom with a Queen Bed and a third bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top). These rooms share another bathroom that also boasts a shower, a large bathtub, and stunning views.

Designed for a wonderful stay, the home is stocked with essential comforts. For those traveling with infants, high chairs and porta cots can be arranged upon request at the time of booking.

Located in a serene residential area, the property is well-connected to the best of the region. Guests can utilize Ubers, taxis, and bus services, or take a scenic water taxi across the lake into town. For winter sports enthusiasts, Coronet Peak is approximately a 38-minute drive (30.3 km) away, while The Remarkables are about 32 minutes (20.3 km). Ski transport buses also operate from the center of Queenstown.

• Pets: Not allowed
• House Rules: Please respect neighbors by keeping noise low, especially between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor entertainment areas must not be used between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM per council regulations.

Queenstown weather can be unpredictable with cold outbreaks even in summer, so wind-proof and water-proof jackets are highly recommended. While hiring a car is a convenient way to explore, please remember that driving in New Zealand is on the left side of the road.
