Due to the specific bedding configuration, the home is best suited for a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children. The sleeping arrangements include 4 King beds, a Queen bed, 2 Single beds, and a Bunk bed.

Inside, you will find an abundance of space to relax and rejuvenate, including a dedicated yoga space, a media room, and a rumpus and games room. Multiple living areas and verandas provide a front-row seat to the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and the distant ocean. The outdoor experience is equally extraordinary, set on over 6 hectares of land. Guests can enjoy a levelled grass court for ball sports, kids' play equipment, a landscaped lawn, and blissful garden spaces. Located in the heart of Rose Valley, the property is a private oasis where your closest neighbors may be a herd of cattle. Despite its secluded feel, Excelsa is only a 5-minute drive from the township of Gerringong, local wineries, beaches, and the diverse attractions of the South Coast. While public transport options exist, having a vehicle is highly advisable to fully unlock the region's offerings.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all, a strict noise policy is in place. Noise monitors are used on-site; outdoor music must move inside by 9:30 PM with all windows and doors closed, and all music must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are never permitted. Guests are kindly asked to remove shoes when entering the home. Additionally, please be vigilant with child supervision due to farm hazards such as dams and unfenced terraced terrain.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not permitted on the property.
