✓ Must be at least 21 years old ✓ All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 21 years old. ✓ Names and identification may be requested by the host. ✓ Sign the Rental Agreement and authorize the Security Deposit hold of $500. Hold will be released 2 days after your stay if there are no damages and excessive mess. ✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.

Additional House Rules: ✓ Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. If available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in for $50.00. Earliest time is 12:00 PM. ✓ A pet fee of $85 applies per dog. Please ensure accurate pet counts at booking. ✓ We also ask that you keep the dogs off the furniture and that they are house trained. ✓ No illegal substances allowed on the premise. ✓ Please do not eat/drink in the bedrooms. ✓ Septic Tank - Nothing other than water and toilet paper down the drains and the toilet. ✓ After your stay, we request that you run any remaining dishes in the dishwasher on your way out and if you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on. We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize for the next guests. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.

BBQ GRILL WAIVER FORM AND POLICY All guests intending to use the BBQ grill, if available on this property, must agree to and sign this waiver acknowledging this policy.

Place the BBQ grill on a steady surface away from anything that can catch fire. Use the grill in a well-ventilated area and keep kids and pets away while cooking. Never leave the grill unattended while in use. After each use, thoroughly clean the grill and its surrounding area. Dispose of coals properly by ensuring they are fully extinguished before disposal, or if using a gas grill, turn off the gas securely after each use. Cover the grill with the provided cover after it cools down. If the grill is not cleaned as instructed, an additional cleaning fee, invoiced by the cleaning service, may be charged to the guest. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the above guidelines regarding the use and cleaning of the BBQ grill on the property.

PET WAIVER FORM AND PET POLICY

We understand your dog is a part of the family. That is why we welcome them and want to make sure you have a great stay in our home. All guests with pets must agree to and sign this waiver in acknowledgement of this policy.

We live in a bear country and domestic animals are not used to seeing wildlife, including llamas, deer, elk, bears and other wild animals.

PET POLICY

NO Cats. Dogs only. Pets are not permitted on the furniture including beds and sofas Maximum 2 dogs per stay. Any damage caused to walls, doors, furnishings or carpet will result in damage fees. Fees will be based upon repair or replacement costs and begin at $75. Pets, including service dogs, MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED, especially outside. As a responsible pet owner, you agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or unusual degree of soiling caused by your pet on our property. The property owner and Sky Haus Management acting as a property manager accepts no responsibility for a pet or pet owner who does not follow the items listed on this waiver.

I acknowledge that I will walk my pet to relieve it of bodily functions on the OUTER perimeter of the property, away from the side of the building. I am also responsible to clean up any refuse produced by my pet.

SPECIFIC HOUSE RULES FOR PROPERTY Please be advised that this agreement mandates compliance with the house rules delineated on our property's public page, which are to be observed both before, during, and after your stay. House Rules are as follows:

• Please do not leave trash outside the cabin. All trash must be bagged and properly tied. Unbagged trash will result in a $250 fine. The trash bins are out back right off the porch. The BLUE BIN is for TRASH. The OLIVE GREEN BIN is for recycling only- please do not bag recyclables, only trash- recyclables must be loose. Clean plastic bottles, cardboard/paper, glass and cans are recycled. Every Monday is trash day and recycling is every other week. We kindly ask our guests cooperation in bringing the bins curbside from the back for pick up if your stay falls on a Sunday. • No shoes in the home. Please leave them by the door. • We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind. Upon check-out, we'll appreciate if you'll wash the used dishes, secure the trash, turn off the lights, AC and stove. Make sure to close the windows and lock the door. • Small intimate event with family up to maximum guests allowed is welcome given that approval was provided.
