We want you to have an amazing stay with us! 😊 This is a quiet residential property, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and treat the home as if it were your own.

Our goal is to provide a comfortable place where you can relax and enjoy your stay. You're welcome to play music at a reasonable volume and have a great time, but parties, loud events, and exceeding the number of guests on your reservation are not permitted. Failure to follow these rules may result in the cancellation of your stay.

🚭 No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Violations may result in additional fees and immediate termination of your reservation.

🐾 Four-Legged Guests Welcome!

We love that you're bringing your furry friend! To help keep the property clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, please keep the following in mind:

• Service dogs: Always welcome at no additional charge.
• Pets and emotional support animals: Must be disclosed before arrival and are subject to a $60 pet fee per pet, per stay, which must be paid through Airbnb before check-in.
• Pet care & cleanliness: You are responsible for your pet at all times. Please clean up after them, keep them off the beds and sofas, and help keep the property free of pet hair as much as possible.
• Noise: Please prevent excessive barking out of respect for our neighbors and other guests.
• Safety: Do not leave your pet unattended at the property for extended periods.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

👥 Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

🍽️ Any stains, damages, or missing items will be charged based on the cost of repair or replacement.

🕚 Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

🔑 Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

🚗 Parking: Please park only in the designated parking area. Any towing fees will be the guest's responsibility.

📦 We are not responsible for packages delivered to the property.
