One pet under 10kg is permitted (pets over 10kg require prior contact) and must stay off beds and couches. Parties and smoking inside are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 9 am. Commercial activities, including business operations or professional filming/photography, are strictly forbidden. Violating these rules may result in a fee of EUR 1000 per violation.
