This vacation rental features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the interior boasts an open-concept living area with a cozy fireplace, a breakfast bar, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a drip coffee maker, spices, and all necessary dishware and flatware. Guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private balcony with dedicated outdoor seating. For your comfort, the home is equipped with electric baseboard heaters, keyless entry, and complimentary toiletries.

Located just 1.5 blocks from the Angel Fire Lift Ticket Office and steps from the resort bus stop, you are perfectly positioned for mountain excitement. The surrounding area offers endless activities, including downhill and nordic skiing, snowboarding, tubing, zip-lining, and mountain biking. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking, disc golf, pickleball, or fishing at Eagle's Nest Lake. Local favorites like El Jefe, Angel Fired Pizza, and the Enchanted Circle Brewing Company are all within a short distance, and a trip to explore the history of Cimarron is highly recommended.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that early check-in or late check-out may be purchased at a rate of $20 per hour. Pets are not allowed. Due to the mountain environment, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November through March. Firewood is available for purchase locally but is not provided by the host. There are 3 steps to access the unit and no A/C. Parking is available in the community lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
