Outside, the property is designed to be protected from the prevailing South Easter on a large covered front deck. Guests can enjoy a private, wind-protected courtyard featuring a solar-heated pool, along with plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture and a sun longer for every guest.

Seascape is nestled in the peaceful, secure neighbourhood of Kommetjie, located just 45 minutes from the city. This area is known for its safety, with limited access via a single monitored road. Because there is very little light pollution, it is a wonderful place to stargaze during starlit nights.

To ensure a seamless stay, the house is powered mostly by solar panels with a battery backup and inverter system to maintain power during Load-Shedding.
