The interior layout is tailored for comfort and relaxation, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The cabin is thoughtfully equipped for longer visits, featuring a well-stocked kitchen that enables you to prepare your own meals and an in-home washer and dryer, making it easy to extend your stay beyond a simple weekend trip.

While there are no general shared amenities, the property provides complimentary firewood from the host, ensuring your stay remains cozy without the need for extra purchases.

Located in the heart of Angel Fire, this retreat is ideally positioned for seasonal adventures. Guests can enjoy world-class skiing during the winter months or take advantage of scenic mountain biking trails in the summer, providing a year-round sanctuary for nature lovers.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is not free and may be purchased at a rate of $20 per hour, subject to availability.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) for a $120 non-refundable pet fee. Cats are not permitted. A $200 non-refundable fee applies if pets are brought without prior notification.
• Winter Access: A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strictly required during the winter months from November through March.
• Restrictions: Flying drones is prohibited as it disturbs the local livestock.
• Pricing: Weekly stays receive a 10% discount and monthly stays receive a 20% discount automatically.

Arrival Note: Please do not rely on Siri, Apple Maps, or Google Maps for navigation. After turning onto Pam Coleman Rd at the fire station, travel approximately 3/4 of a mile down the road and over the hill. Turn right immediately after the 3-4 blue dumpsters on the right side.
