The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master bedroom—which boasts direct balcony access—a Queen bed in the second room, and two Single beds in the third. For additional flexibility, a Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area. The master bathroom provides a touch of luxury with its integrated Jacuzzi tub.

The living space is designed for togetherness, featuring a cozy living room for movie nights and a dining table perfect for family games. The kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary need, complete with a breakfast bar and a full suite of appliances.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 25 and this property is rented to families only. No pets, smoking, motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are permitted. A valid Visa or MasterCard is required on file for incidentals, and a signed rental agreement is mandatory for check-in.

Important Linen Note: Linens are not provided by default. They may be arranged in advance for $35.00 per bed (includes sheets, pillowcases, and towels). Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are also not provided and must be brought by the guest.
