Our House Rules may be viewed as strict or strongly worded, but we hope that these rules will be reassuring to the clientele that we aim to serve, and serve as an indication that we seek respectful guests only. If you read through these rules and have any questions or concerns, please contact us by emailing through the system before booking online.

Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) are unacceptable under AirBNB’s “long term” cancellation policy. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. No pets. No Emotional Support Animals. This includes inside the home as well as the grounds. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), emotional support animals are NOT Service Animals. Bringing an animal into a property which has a no pet policy may threaten the health and safety of others, which is against AirBNB policy and the ADA law. We are committed to the principles of inclusion and respect, and want all guests to feel welcome. At the same time, we expect all guests to demonstrate respect for the rental property, the property owner, and future guests. Calling a pet an assistance animal or service animal is not respectful. In fact, it is very disrespectful to those with real disabilities. We take non-discrimination, inclusion, and respect very seriously. We hope you do as well. So if you have a pet or emotional support animal, we encourage you to select another property, or let us know so that we can discuss and be of assistance. If you have a bona fide service animal, please feel free to book the property, but please also let us know about your service animal, so that we can make reasonable accommodations.
