This floor also includes the master bedroom with an ensuite bath, a half bath, and a private office equipped with a queen-size murphey bed.

The second level is a dedicated entertainment hub, featuring a loft game room complete with a shuffleboard table, a game table, two full-size bunk beds, and a separate full bed. The lower level provides additional relaxation with a large family room, a second fireplace, and a large TV. This level also hosts a king-size bedroom, a bedroom with two full beds and an ensuite bath, and a massive bunk room containing one queen, one full, one twin bed, and a sleeper sofa.
