Perfectly situated on the Southeast side of Taos, the property offers a strategic location for outdoor enthusiasts. Guests enjoy easy access to Angel Fire, providing the fantastic flexibility of having two distinct options for skiing or mountain biking depending on the season and your preference.

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Because the locks, cleaning crews, and maintenance personnel operate on automated schedules with a narrow five-hour window to prepare the home, early check-ins or late check-outs are no longer free. These options may be available for purchase at a rate of $20 per hour prior to check-in or after check-out.

Regarding pricing, our software automatically applies a 10% discount for weekly stays and a 20% discount for monthly stays. The posted prices represent our best available rates; therefore, we kindly ask that you do not message us requesting special discounted rates. Additionally, please note that pets are not allowed on the property. If any issues arise during your stay, we encourage you to contact the host immediately to allow us the opportunity to address them.
