About Property

Escape to the mountains and discover the Cozy Castle, an unforgettable and relaxing private vacation castle in the woods located in Big Bear Lake, California. Situated on a sprawling private lot, this incredible vacation destination is perfectly positioned for groups seeking a blend of seclusion and convenience, placing you just minutes away from local ski resorts, marinas, and the charming Village shops.

Designed to maximize comfort and style, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The interior is defined by an open floor plan living area that boasts vaulted cathedral beamed ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors, and large open windows that bathe the space in natural light while offering serene views of the forested neighborhood. During the winter, you can snuggle up and warm your toes in front of the toasty fireplace.

The home is ideal for those who love to cook, featuring an equipped chef's kitchen with new oak cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances, including a double oven and dishwasher. Guests can gather for meals at the formal dining table, which also provides beautiful mountain views.

The downstairs entry level houses two spacious guest rooms—one with a queen bed and another featuring a full/full bunk set with deck access—and a modern hallway bathroom. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a king bed and two twin beds, along with a private 3/4 bath. The second level also includes a game room loft area, complete with a pool table and foosball to keep everyone entertained.

Outside, the massive, fully fenced private property includes a huge sun deck with a propane BBQ for grilling dinner. A private hot tub is located to the side of the yard, perfect for soaking muscles after a day on the slopes.
