This home is rented for personal vacation use only; large gatherings or parties must be pre-approved. Guests are required to abide by all local property covenants and rental policies. Please be aware that smoking, the use of firearms, unauthorized pets, or driving ATVs anywhere other than the driveway is strictly prohibited and may result in charges up to $3000.00. Cancellation policies offer a full refund more than 30 days prior to arrival, and a 50% refund between 14 to 29 days prior. No refunds are issued after this window or due to weather and internet service interruptions.
