The layout features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, while the living area provides additional flexibility with a queen sleeper sofa and an available inflatable queen mattress. The home includes 1 bathroom to serve your group.

Inside, you will find a space tailored for comfort and gathering, featuring:

• A kitchen built for entertaining with a large entertainment bar
• Open living and dining areas
• New gas stove and oven
• Front deck with a porch swing and amazing views of the ‘Twin Sisters' peaks
• Large covered back deck overlooking a private pond and the hills beyond

Step outside to a private pond where the only sounds are wildlife moving through and a kind of silence most people forgot exists. For those traveling with four-legged friends, the property is dog heaven; a massive fenced yard allows pups to run, explore, and be fully off-leash without worry.

• Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at a fee of $15 per pet per night
• Provisions: The home is vacation-ready with towels, linens, and basic kitchen staples (salt, pepper, coffee filters), as well as dish soap and laundry detergent. Please bring your own toiletries.

Rules & Restrictions: This home is for personal vacation use only. Large gatherings, parties, smoking, use of firearms, and driving ATVs (except in the driveway for access) are strictly prohibited. Violations of rental policies, unapproved over-occupancy, or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1,000.00. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in receive a full refund minus a $125 cancellation fee; no refunds are issued after this date or due to weather.
