Designed for comfort and versatility, the studio layout includes one bedroom with one bed, though the sleeping arrangements are flexible to accommodate up to four guests. The space features a convenient Queen Size Murphy Bed and a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, allowing you to easily transition from a cozy living area to a restful sleeping environment. The unit is completed by one bathroom.

While the property focuses on a minimalist, serene experience, guests can enjoy several thoughtful features within the home:

• Well-appointed kitchen

To ensure a seamless stay, the home comes vacation-ready with a fully appointed kitchen, as well as essential towels and linens. For your convenience, hand and dish soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters, and laundry detergent are provided. Please remember to bring your own personal toiletries.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement to receive check-in instructions, which are sent 24 to 48 hours before arrival. Please be aware that unauthorized use of property grounds, smoking, or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3,000.00. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in receive a full refund; 14 to 29 days prior receives a 50% refund. No refunds are issued after this window or due to weather and internet service interruptions.
