The generous living space is bathed in daylight from expansive windows and features a thermostat-controlled fireplace to keep you warm during chilly Ruidoso nights. For entertainment, the primary living area is equipped with a high-definition TV and a Roku system for easy streaming.

• Pets: Furry friends are welcome with a $50 deep cleaning fee. Please keep pets leashed due to local wildlife and clean up after them.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home or near entryways. Violations result in immediate removal without refund and a $350 cleaning fee.
• Note: This is a lower-level duplex unit with a private entrance; light sounds from the unit above may occasionally be heard. The shared hot tub is currently out of service.
