Escape to tranquility in our brand-new mountain getaway, where stunning views of the continental divide and untouched open land create a breathtaking backdrop for observing wildlife and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Nestled in the heart of the Granby Ranch resort neighborhood in Granby, Colorado, this home offers a perfect blend of luxury and adventure.

This thoughtfully designed split-level home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The main level is anchored by an open floor plan featuring a large, fully stocked kitchen and a dining room that seats 8, with additional seating at the bar. The inviting living space is designed for cozy family movie nights, complete with a massive sectional sofa, two additional chairs, a large TV, and a custom fireplace. For privacy and convenience, the main floor also includes a full guest bathroom and a master suite with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The lower level is optimized for comfort, housing three additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a large stand-up shower. Two of these rooms feature queen-sized beds, while the third is a fun bunk room equipped with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and additional trundle twin mattresses—perfect for children. A dedicated laundry room is also located on this level.

Step outside onto the expansive back deck to find a private hot tub, the ideal spot for sipping morning coffee or unwinding after a day on the slopes. Please note that there is ongoing construction next door through summer 2025; however, external noise is barely perceptible inside the home, and rates have been discounted accordingly.
