The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged for privacy. The main bedroom is located at the front of the house and includes a queen bed and an ensuite. For kids or friends, two additional bedrooms are situated at the rear; the second bedroom contains a set of bunks, while the third offers a set of bunks and a single bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests.

Designed for relaxation and entertainment, the layout includes two well-sized living areas. The main lounge boasts a new lounge suite and a flat-screen TV, while a separate sun room living area provides additional space with two couches and a TV with a DVD player. The heart of the home is a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen featuring a full-sized oven, stove, and microwave. The adjacent meals area, featuring a new dining table that seats 6-8 adults, opens directly to the backyard.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The front of the home features a newly built, private north-facing decking area surrounded by a secure brush fence. The backyard provides a second private deck with a full-size undercover BBQ and an outdoor table and chairs set. Practical comforts include ceiling fans in every bedroom, air conditioning and heating in the dining room, and a gas heater in the main lounge. Off-street parking is available for up to four cars.

Ocean Grove is home to some of Victoria's most beautiful surf beaches, complete with a surf lifesaving club for safe swimming. Visitors can enjoy the nearby rustic charm of Barwon Heads, the historic hotels of Queenscliff, or the world-famous Bells Beach in Torquay. A large late-night supermarket is only a two-minute drive away.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Guests are reminded that noise monitoring devices are installed to ensure a peaceful environment for all. To maintain the home's quality, guests are asked to leave the property in a similar condition as found, including cleaning the BBQ and washing all dishes before departure.
