For ultimate privacy, the master suite is positioned separate from the other two bedrooms and includes its own private bathroom. Every room is appointed with comfortable beds and luxurious linens, creating a sanctuary for total relaxation.

Designed with entertaining in mind, the interior boasts an open-floor concept complemented by stylish furniture and efficient cooling to keep you comfortable year-round. Beyond the main house, a backyard casita offers a versatile extra option for guests, adding to the property's unique ambiance.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and linens are provided, and guests have access to an on-site washer and dryer.

Important policies:

• Fireplace Season: October 15th through April 30th (subject to local fire conditions and burn bans).
• Coffee supplies are not provided.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and requires an additional $50 fee.
• A security deposit of up to $500.00 may be charged for damages.
• Note: Small, harmless sugar ants are common in the Santa Fe area; properties are treated regularly to keep them under control.
