The layout is designed for both community and privacy. The fourth floor offers a unique apartment-style unit complete with its own living room, bathroom, and kitchenette. The third floor houses six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a cozy reading nook that doubles as an office.

The main floor is the heart of the home, boasting a spectacular living room area with a small bar and an 85" TV. For dining and gathering, there is a spacious dining room and a sun room with bench seating. This level also includes laundry facilities and a dedicated games room featuring a TV, foosball, dart board, and arcade. The basement, accessed via a separate exterior entrance, provides additional rooms with full ensuite bathrooms, though guests should note the ceilings in the hallway are low.

• No smoking inside the house or on balconies ($250 fine)

• No noise on the deck after 10:00 PM and no noise outdoors after 11:00 PM
• Noise sensors and cameras (front door and balcony) are on premises
• Noise complaints may result in a $500 fine per occurrence
• Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund
• An on-site manager resides in a separate section of the property per town mandates
