Guest Room 1 is perfectly suited for children with a twin-over-full bunk bed, while Guest Room 2 offers a queen bed and shares a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Designed for families who love to explore, the property is equipped with everything needed for a seamless vacation. Enjoy the shaded, partially-fenced backyard, morning coffee in the front porch rocking chairs, or outdoor meals on the screened-in dining patio with cafe lighting. For adventures around the East End, the home provides four adult bikes, a cargo cart, and a Burley child trailer. Beach days are made easy with provided gear, including four backpack chairs and towels.

Located in a serene neighborhood, guests enjoy private, gated beach access at the end of the street, avoiding the large crowds found in other communities. The open-concept living area and fully stocked kitchen create an inviting space for lounging and gathering.

• Parking: Space for 2 vehicles; no boats, trailers, or U-Hauls. No overnight street parking.
• Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval (2 dog limit). A $150 non-refundable fee applies per dog.
• Rules: No smoking or vaping on the home or grounds. No parties or events; local quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Primary guest must be 25 or older and remain on-site for the duration of the stay. A digital rental agreement and ID verification are required within 24 hours of booking.
