For additional guests or children, the sun-filled loft serves as a cheerful hideaway, featuring vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and two twin beds with trundles, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Gate Access: One vehicle pass is included. A maximum of two passenger vehicles may be parked overnight (11pm–7am). Additional passes are $40 per vehicle and must be coordinated through the Seabrook Island office.
• Club Access: Access to the Seabrook Island Club (Beach Club, golf, and racquet sports) is available for an additional fee of $55/day or $315/week. The Beach Club is seasonal (mid-March to October).
• Fitness: Access to The Lake House Fitness Center's unheated outdoor pool is free; the indoor fitness pool and gym are available for $15/day.
