The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature 1 bedroom with a high-end queen memory foam mattress in an open-air loft accessed by a ladder. For additional guests, a foldable queen memory foam mattress can be arranged in the living room, and the couch provides further sleeping options for one or two people. The layout includes 1 bathroom and is designed to maximize the 800 square feet of living area.

Experience the outdoors from the expansive deck, where you can soak in absolutely stunning views while utilizing the hot tub and grill. For ultimate relaxation, walk down to the brand new dry sauna, which features a glass viewing bubble allowing you to take in the surrounding scenery while you unwind.

Located in the heart of Colorado's outdoor paradise, the property provides a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Guests have full access to the entire property, though please note the owner keeps trailers and snowmobiles parked on site, tucked out of the way.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To ensure easy access during the winter months, a plow arrives every morning following any snowfall of more than 3 inches. If it is snowing overnight, we kindly ask that you park as far out of the plow's path as possible.
